Terms Due is a product of DadLink Technologies Limited, company number 16161444, registered office Handforth, Cheshire, which is the data controller for merchant account data and a data processor for buyer data we handle on a merchant's behalf. This policy takes precedence over the general policy at dadlinktechnologies.co.uk.
What we collect. From your Shopify store: shop details, B2B companies and contacts (names, email addresses, phone numbers), orders, payment terms and payment status. From you: settings, credit limits and support messages.
Why. To calculate balances and aging, enforce the credit rules you set, send the reminders you schedule, collect payments you instruct, and support you.
Who we share it with. Shopify, our hosting provider (Google Cloud), our email provider and our text message provider, each only to run the service. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long. While the app is installed, and up to 30 days after uninstall, when store data is deleted in response to Shopify's data deletion request.
Your rights. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing support@termsdue.com. Buyers should contact the merchant they trade with, and we will help the merchant respond. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
