About Terms Due
We build Shopify apps that deal with money owed later: deposits, balances and now trade credit.
Terms Due is built in Cheshire, United Kingdom, by an independent developer who also makes Balance Due for deposits and instalments and Booking Slot for appointments on Shopify.
When Shopify brought payment terms to every plan in April 2026, it became easy to sell on Net 30 and just as easy to end up with a pile of unpaid wholesale invoices. The tools for deciding who deserves credit, stopping orders when it runs out and actually collecting the money were missing. Terms Due fills that gap and nothing else: it does not change your pricing, catalogs or storefront.
We keep it narrow on purpose. One job, done properly, for merchants who would rather be selling than chasing.
How we work
- Your data stays in your Shopify store and our Google Cloud database, and is only used to run the app.
- Messages to your buyers go out under your store name, never ours.
- Support comes from the person who wrote the code. Email support@termsdue.com.
