About Terms Due
We build Shopify apps that deal with money owed later: deposits, balances and now trade credit.
Terms Due is built in Cheshire, United Kingdom, by an independent developer who also makes Balance Due for deposits on Shopify and Booking Slot for appointments and classes.
When Shopify brought payment terms to every plan in April 2026, it became easy to sell on Net 30 and just as easy to end up with a pile of unpaid wholesale invoices. The tools for deciding who deserves credit, stopping orders when it runs out and actually collecting the money were missing. Terms Due fills that gap and nothing else: it does not change your pricing, catalogs or storefront.
We keep it narrow on purpose. One job, done properly, for merchants who would rather be selling than chasing.
What we believe about credit control
Rules beat judgement calls
A hold that applies at 14 days every time is easier on everyone than a decision made in a hurry. Decide once, in advance, and let the rule run.
Reach the person who pays
Accounts inboxes are where invoices go to wait. A text to the owner's phone is read in minutes.
Your name, not ours
Buyers should see your store name, your logo and your wording. Terms Due stays in the background.
How we work
- Your data stays in your Shopify store and our Google Cloud database in London, and is only used to run the app.
- Messages to your buyers go out under your store name, never ours.
- Support comes from the person who wrote the code. Email support@termsdue.com.
- We publish what the app does and does not do plainly, including what is still rolling out.
- Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Terms Due is an independent app and is not affiliated with Shopify.
The other apps
Balance Due takes a deposit at checkout and collects the balance later, for made-to-order and pre-order products. Booking Slot takes bookings for appointments, classes and staff on a Shopify store. Terms Due is the third: trade credit for B2B. If you sell wholesale and take deposits, Balance Due and Terms Due work side by side, one handling the deposit and the other chasing the balance.
