Statements and a pay-now page for your buyers
Trade buyers pay faster when they can see everything they owe in one place. Terms Due sends a monthly statement and gives each buyer a page to pay it all at once.
What buyers get
Monthly statement
A PDF and email on the first of the month listing every open invoice, payments received and the total due.
Pay-now page
A secure page, in your store's branding, showing open invoices, credit limit and available credit.
Pay one or all
Buyers tick the invoices they want to settle and pay by card in one go. Each Shopify order is marked paid.
Why statements get invoices paid
A statement turns a trickle of separate invoices into one clear number with a date on it. Many accounts teams only pay against statements, so sending one every month removes the most common excuse for paying late.
The pay-now page removes the second: buyers never have to find an old email to get a payment link.
Questions
Can buyers download past statements?

Can I send a statement on demand?
