Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on every plan. You are not charged if you uninstall before it ends.
How am I billed?
Through your normal Shopify invoice, in US dollars, monthly.
What counts as a B2B company?
A company in Shopify B2B with at least one open or paid-on-terms order in the billing month.
What if I run out of texts?
Reminders fall back to email, and you can buy a text top-up from the app at any time.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from the app. Shopify prorates the charge.
